Family Conference Help
How can I access the Family Conference?
You would have received an email with your unique link. Simply click on the link from your laptop or mobile device to to take you to the Family Conference streaming page. Alternatively, you can access the conference via the Streaming section on the Rivers App.
Can I watch Conference on YouTube or Facebook?
Conference is only available via the Rivers Website or the Rivers App.
I can't see the Conference on the app!
This means that you are either not registered, you are logged into an account that does not have a registration or that someone purchased a registration for you under their name. It can also mean that you haven't yet updated your app. First update your app, and if you're still having trouble, please contact [email protected] for assistance, or send a query via Technical Support in the Help section of the app.
Can I access the conference via my Smart TV?
Not all Smart TVs support video media, but some do! Type "rivers.church/wmu" into your Smart TV browser, and input the unique code you received via email to access conference.
I purchased more than 1 ticket, how do I get those login codes?
If you purchased more than 1 ticket for conference you will receive multiple emails with difference login codes. You can forward those on to the people you would like to bless. If you did not receive additional emails please contact [email protected]
Can I catch-up on Conference sessions in my own time?
Conference will not be available on demand and will only stream from 18:20 on Friday and from 08:20 on Saturday.
